Bergman completed work on Irvine Company’s Villa Siena, a beautiful apartment homes complex. Extensive tenant improvements were completed across five floors of the leasing office tower, which includes a three story fitness center, leasing offices and RSO. Additionally, the pool and spa areas were completed as well for this repeat client.
