We establish communication with well-vetted network of licensed tradesmen. Obtaining their commitment early in the project ensures the personalized attention and dedication required.

QUALITY CONTROL

We enforce quality control to ensure the highest standards of construction. Our team coordinates all testing, as required by technical sections of the specifications and as required by building codes. We keep an accurate record of all tests, reports and inspections conducted. We coordinate the services of professional engineers, engineer of record and the architect as required.

PROJECT DELIVERY

A thorough punch list is reviewed by all stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. A close-out package is assembled including all manuals, warranties, specifications and samples along with a digital version for your use.

SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY. ALL TEAM MEMBERS HAVE COMPLETED THE BERGMANKPRS SAFETY TRAINING, WHICH INCLUDES FIRST AID, CPR AND OSHA CERTIFICATIONS. WE EMPLOY A THIRD PARTY “RISK MANAGEMENT” CONSULTANT TO ENSURE OUR POLICIES AND SITES MEET WITH ALL FEDERAL AND STATE REGULARTIONS.
