As a Regional Director, Matt is responsible for the oversite of the Central Region for Bergman. Overseeing our team of seasoned construction project managers, superintendents, and support staff, regional manager’s keep the pulse of the project within their area, share information with other regional managers, provide leadership in safety and organization. As a regional manager with Bergman, our leaders are empowered to make decisions that make a difference in the outcome of projects, understand, and embrace the needs of the clients and set the standards for their teams.

Matt has been in the industry for 38 years having built everything from small remodels, stadiums, industrial projects, and more. As Matt’s career has evolved, he has mastered the balance between providing leadership in the office and field, being proficient at both.
