Joel has led KPRS since its inception as the firm has completed over 1 Billion in projects to date. Joel was the Vice President and Territory General Manager of the Los Angeles region of Kajima Construction Services, Inc., Vice President of Construction for Maguire Thomas Partners at Playa Vista, a multi billion dollar, 1,000-Acre commercial and residential mixed-use project near Marina Del Rey, The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, Pac Bell Park in San Francisco, Library Square and The Gas Tower in Los Angeles.
