We were given the 1st project to gut, remodel, and design/rebuild an assembly area of 100,000 SF space. Scope of work includes labs, test stations, and multiple assembly rooms for components. The project was given an A+ by client’s top managers, because we kept everything within the 10 week timeline and stayed within the budget. After this one we were given 3 more projects feature the same scopes.
