As a developer and program manager for the roll out of Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets, Bergman has entitled, designed, and provided construction management services for over 70 locations in California for international retailer Tesco. Our team has managed over 300 sites in various stages of development for this client. The Fresh & Easy project in Palm Springs, California was certified LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council for its forward thinking approach in the use of energy reducing building systems and recycled materials.
